The Flexcon 48 x 40 rackable pallet is a heavy-duty stackable pallet that features a HD outer picture-frame bottom to reduce deflection. These pallets are ideal for unsupported/supported racking systems and general material handling in warehouse and DC systems. The 4840 rackable pallet was engineered for use in racks, stack loading, closed loop transport, floor storage, and automated material handling systems. It offers 4-way forkliftability and Flexcon can make several variations to accommodate a wide range of requirements. This racker can be run with or without a lip and Flexcon can fit it with our non-slip rubber grommets for added load stability.
